Per IP connection/download limit means that how many simultaneous downloads like mp3, zip, rar or anyother file your one visitor can make. We do have some restrictions to save apache from overloading.

Max IP connection limit of 3 is applied on each account that means maximum 3 simultaneous download a vistor of your website can make. In case of files more than 50Mb in size we limit IP conection to 1 per IP.
