What are mysql settings on your servers ?

 

We allow our customers maximum 30 connections per mysql database and max_allowed_package = 50MB. This value means, you can download or upload a database of max 50Mb size using either mysql or phpadmin tools. If you want to backup or restore a database that has greater value than 50Mb, please submit a support ticket so that our technical staff can do that for you.
